Errornous Geometry in Exports

Hey,
I'm trying to export this part for 3d-printing:
When exporting as stl (I tried different solutions and custom values in export settings) the top surface in the middle is missing:
When exporting as step file there is a problem with the outer surface:
Any ideas what could cause these issues (and how to fix it)?
