(FeatureScript) help with checking the form of a face

I'm working on a FeatureScript tool that operates on cylindrical holes and the flat face of counterbores (in different modes) and am having trouble finding a good way of checking the form (cylindricity, flatness) of the queried faces in question. What would be the most efficient way of doing this?
