Not able to open some parts on the bar at the same time

Good morning, I'm not able to open all the parts I done on the same time on the bar where are write "assembly", "part studio" ert, if I want the assembly it show me the assembly, if I open the part only the part, where I am wrong?
I very useful to change from parts to assembly, also to what change on assembly when I change on parts, but also this update not work: the part remain the same after I have make some changes!!

Use different browser tabs. This works if the parts and assemblies are in the same document. If the parts are in other documents, you have to version the part document for the update to show in the assembly. If they don't need to be in separate docs, keep them all in the same one.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI0
