What is the trigger to get out of the "approval required" category?

It's been 7 years a few weeks that I have been trying to get out of the "approval needed" category (where my questions are not published).
Is there something specific I need to do to make this happen?

    Answer ✓
    The forum should automatically allow posts once a handful have been moderated and approved, but sometimes it gets stuck. I'll try to override it.
