Not able to log in

Hi Team,

I received the "Congratulations! You've been promoted to Professional user." email, but I can't log in. I work at SpinMaster and am part of the enterprise subscription. I previously had a soft user license and now have a Professional license.

When I try to log in, the SSO channel still shows the soft user license. Using my email and password results in an "invalid email/password" error. Additionally, I can't reset my password as the system doesn't recognize my email, despite receiving the promotion email at the same address.

Lastly, when I click "check it out" in the promotion email, I see my email with the Professional license. However, signing into OnShape via SSO still shows the soft license.

Please assist.

    If you are on Enterprise plan, use the URL "yourcompany.onshape.com" and not cad.onshape.com for trying to Sign-in using SSO

    @Marinus_Lurz The email is simply showing Professional in the forum. In the Forum we do not separate ENT, PRO or Standard.  They are all "PRO" in the forum.  I might consider having it show `PAID` or something similar.

    If you want to get into the forum, I would suggest signing into Onshape first then use the ? menu -> Forum to get there.  We can pull a ticket from here if we need to.
