Hello, just lately onshape keeps disconnecting and then reconnects. I have never had this problem before it just started. It says "onshape is not connected your document is saved attempting to reconnect". It does it quite often maybe every 10 to 15 minutes. Thank you for your help.

It all points to your internet connection. If it drops momentarily, Onshape will disconnect. Try tethering to your mobile to troubleshoot or jump on another wifi.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEA0

I am seeing your disconnects in our logs. They are not initiated on our server side. Are you running any new anti-virus or anti-track software? Several of them (eg. AVAST) are known to block our websockets.
Could you be switching networks? Like between a wired and a WiFi connection? This can also cause Onshape disconnects.John Rousseau / VP, Technical Operations / Onshape Inc.0 -

Hello and thank you for your help you were right. I called my internet provider glofiber and they made some changes and seems to have solved the problem. Hopefully this can help someone else with the same issue.2
