How can I list all documents created and ALL part numbers assigned?

Otto_DeRuntzOtto_DeRuntz Member Posts: 10 PRO
I've just started using Onshape, moving from Creo & Windchill. I am lost as to how many documents I've created, how many part numbers have been assigned.
Little by little I am importing assemblies, many use many of the same parts and I need to keep track of what parts have been imported and assigned part numbers and where they reside.
Is it possible to get a 'global' list of all documents and associated properties?

As far as I know, you'd have to use the API to get all the documents, part numbers and metadata.

If the parts/assemblies/drawings have been released, then there is a list view of all the released items, but will not look beyond the current folder. This doesn't include all the properties. Right now you'd probably need/want a PLM system to see all that info.

BTW, here's an improvement request to make it so list view will cover everything without digging through each folder one at a time. It won't list things that aren't released (that could be another IR).

    Thanks for the feedback!

I started to reply with questions more related to Release Management, so I removed my comment and move it to a topic on Release Management.
