TAB manager is a long stretch

I find the tab manager a long stretch when changing from the revision tree and back. I know I can use the alt t but it would feel better if it was up the top instead of by itself down the bottom. Does anyone else find this or is there a good reason it's down the bottom?

I'm guessing it was put at the bottom as one case when you might want to bring it up would be when you are looking for a tab at the bottom...
But I agree that closer to the version tree would be better as I also change back and forth quite a bit!

Yep. It bugs me every time I click down there. Despite Fitt's law, it's awkward to go from the other side panels buttons to the tab manager.
