Question on making remove extrude in between two concentric circles

Hi

I have been designing a sample cell for my experiments. Part of the design should include two concentric circles, the inner one should be open and in between them I should remove partially to let an optical window sit into it.

I can't get it so far on onshape. 

Any help with this would be highly appreciated!

It's just two extrude cuts, one through, one to a blind depth (you do have to turn sketch visibility back on after the first cut). Good luck, hope this helps
