Add Custom Feature button is completely missing?

Trying to follow a tutorial that uses custom featurescripts, and I don't have a button available for "Add Custom Features". Did the button get moved somewhere new? I have everything on my toolbar, and the search tools box can't find it either

Click on your list of custom features currently in your toolbar, you'll find it at the bottom.
Or use the search and type "custom"
I did both of those things and it wasn't there, came back today and it's back on the bar. haha
