Poor connection warning when on correct AWS region, good latency (29ms) and strong connection?

Hi All

First question!
New to Onshape, CAD for 30 years and not an IT expert.

Dabbled with Onshape on an old tablet (wifi at home) and found it to be quick and responsive.

Then bought a new desktop PC and found the desktop variant slow ad unresponsive :(

I have a "poor connection" warning often and overall the experience is slow and frustrating.

I am sure it is something simple, but I need help!
I am based in the UK and I "think" I am on the correct region (eu-west-1), I "think" my latency is good (29ms) and I "think" have a strong internet (115Mbps/21Mbps).

Any ideas?

PS: Thanks for reading.

All sounds good. Do you have any browser extensions and/or adblockers or anti-track/virus installed/running? Try disabling them to see if it goes away. I am also in UK - I have faster broadband but latency is the key here and 29ms is good.

    Appreciate the reply.

I have just disabled my browser extensions.

As for adblockers or anti-track/virus, I am "pretty sure" I don't have any.

I will report back on results tomorrow.
