Persistant dimension in all Parts Studios

While utilizing the linear pattern tool, I inadvertently triggered a keyboard shortcut (Alt or Control) during a drag operation, which unexpectedly placed a pattern on the sketch. This pattern is now persistently present in all my personal and public part studios, as well as other publicly accessible part studios, and cannot be removed.
Please refer to the attached screenshot for visualization. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
