How do I move a sketch attached to a part?

Sketches never (intentioanlly) snap to a point. There are at least two solutions:
- Try the "Use" tool to transfer your desired reference into the sketch, the draw from there.
- Use a mate connector instead of a sketch. Attach it where you want it. You can then sketch on a mate connector's Z-plane just like you would on a sketch plane.
