Self-intersecting part when I'm trying to duplicate (revolve) fan blades around a middle axis

Hi, I've been trying to make a fan and as I understand it a self intersect happens when a part collides with itself when it's crossing over the axis (typically) which is not the case with how I built my project.
I'm at a loss to add the fan blades on the center hub, 15 blades at 24 degrees from center. If I'm overcomplicating things please feel free to show me an easier way to complete it! I'm having a headache

Here's the link to my project:

Thanks!
