EM3D scanner file format for OnShape?

I've been using OnShape for hobby work for several years, so I'm moderately proficient with it. My son has used EM3D to scan his motorbike cowling in the area around the missing fusebox cover. He has the following save options:

I presume the padlocked options are for the paid version (about €20, I think).

Which of these exports would allow me to import a mesh into OnShape to try and create a new fusebox cover?
