Not sure why mirror fucntion is not working

I'm trying to mirror the right pattern to the left side. If I pick the face, pattern or individual item it doesn't seem to want to complete. I'm not sure what the issue could be, besides me that is. Any help would be appreciated.

It's because they are landing on a different face - use Feature mirror.
