Where is the use sketch command?

Hi...I'm totally new to this and trying to do the basic 02 training with the reducer coupler....how do I achieve step 4……I cannot find this command anywhere, and how do I use it?

any help will be gladly welcome ….thanks

    Also, you have to be inside of the sketch tool for the use command to be available. The toolbar changes depending on which tool you have selected.

    I thought I'd teach myself the aspects I'll need for my project…….the plan is to create drawings/BOM/cut plan etc for a CNC cutter for my VW campervan project ……I might complete it by Christmas 😂
