im trying to retake the associates exam and I got a code from my teacher and it says it works but when I try to take it it doesn't work it just shows me my old test score and asking if I want to repurchase it and I did that but it still just show me the same thing this is my final exam so I need this soon

As a teacher giving this as our final exam, do I need to submit a new ticket every time this happens? It is happening with most, if not all, students making a second attempt. Thank you.
One support ticket should do it. Somone from support will help you out with your class.
