Hi All,
New onshape user here (SolidWorks Background).
Is it possible to bring through the model dimensional information like in SW "Model items"?

You can store data on your models via properties, then retrieve those properties in the drawings by using callouts.
Here is a useful tool for setting part or face properties: Property / Attribute
There are some examples of how to do this in the document for that feature.
You can also bring in custom tables and cut list tables, but that may be a tangent.
