API and Inspection Tables - Quality Control

Has anyone used API to export Inspection Tables to integrate on a secondary software (Dynamics per example) so that the production floor can make the measeurements and verifications required directly in Dynamics?
Basically the ideia is to use the Inspection Table as input to Microsoft Dynamics to create the parametrization of quality control on the factory floor. With this done, the controllers could register the measurements directly on Dynamics, but if there are changes on the drawing and respective Inspection Table on Onshape, it could automatically update Dynamics.
Has anyone done anything similar? Or used a different route or software?

I've done something similar before, I developed a tool for my app Renaissance that adds inspection tables to drawings.
It relies on a supported endpoint ( the /translations endpoint), but I don't think the specific workflow is documented.
It just requires doing a translation where formatName = "INSPECTION_LIST".
I have also done some integration work with Dynamics and offer custom ERP integrations.
