Assistance with multiplane sweep

Hi
I have been working on this document for awhile, and i am kind of stuck on making a sweep between the balltray part to the right and the cone to the left, i want to have a rail in with the same face going from the cone to the balltray, it should have an angle and i want it keep the face of the rail in his original orientation, i have tried multiple ways, and i believe there is something i don't know.
