Are you still an educator? It seems to need renewing every year or so, might have lapsed over the summer hols?
@AJP_Schalkwijk Give it a try now. We fixed an issue and I needed to to a quick update to your EDU company. Send in a ticket using ? → Submit a bug if it still is not working.
