Is it possible to design 3rd part plugins?
In my classes, I use onshape as a (pre)pre-processor for finite element analysis. After drawing the model I export for another software to work with.
Is it possible to couple the design with my program? First idea is just use local python. Second idea is use some "developer space" inside onshape and design my own fem.
I couldn't find any visible location to make that. Is is possible? If so, where can I read more about it?

Not exactly clear what you're trying to do, but yes, Onshape enables 3rd party apps.

I'm sorry for not making myself clear. One question you've answered. I will use REST API to communicate with my local python program.
The second one is: in order to transform my program into a onshape app, do you have any SDK? If not, API is still the way to go?
