Curve pattern spacing not equal

I have used the curve pattern numerous times but t his time the spacing is not equal and I can't figure out why.

    nm. I was able to replicate. Just adjust your Extrude 9 to make sure it passes inside the surface of the wire. Onshape is not liking having to connect zero thickness geometry or something there.

    sounds solved, but for the future this is what it looks like when you feature pattern and some of them fail. The feature will re-run Extrude feature, but if it fails, the pattern feature doesn't show an error. It just skips that one and moves on. btw, this looks like a case where patterning the body instead of the features might be better anyway.
