Videos of the self guided bootcamp freeze from time to time and need restarting the pc.Any thoughts?

    It may be related to an extension on your web browser. Can you try disabling them or using a different web browser? Another option could be some security software blocking stuff. Are they seeing the issue on another device and/or when using a different internet connection? You can also file a Support ticket.

    CloudFlare is also down right now which doesn't help.
