Where is my imported model

When I first tried importing a step model, it shows properly with 2 tabs created: 1 as a list and 1 is the model tab. But somehow now after I import a model I only see the tab that lists the model file but the tab for real model is not shown, even though the translation went through okay, why?

Hi Ray - if the second tab did not appear it means that Onshape was able to upload and store it in the Document, but there was a problem translating it. If you can share the STEP file with support, we can investigate why.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI5
