Skateboard design truck design question

Greetings
One thing I found weird was that the lesson makes you use 2 fillets on the same part. The
Truck Baseplate has fillets 2 and 3, even though you could have done it with only one fillet.
Both fillets use the same radius and I even tested; it looks exactly the same if you just
select all the faces with fillet 2. Why?
