When I click on a file sin the public section to view it keeps giving me an error saying onshape is not connected refresh my browser. I have done that several times and also different browser and it is still giving me that error. Can someone point me in the right direction as to what I might be doing wrong?

How about when you create a new document and model something from scratch? Does that work ok for you?
Not sure where the problem might be, but I can open any of the public docs.
Try a different network and/or device. Adblockers and extensions can cause this.
