Can you demote assembly mirrored parts to a subassembly?

Hi,
I have problems to put the 2 orange stringers at the bottom, which are assembly mirrored parts from the opposite side, in a sub assembly, ready for welding drawings.
What's the best way to achieve this? If I try to drag the mirrored parts with the rest in their desired subassembly, I get this message:
