Share won't accept a new email address

I have 2 students who put in a wrong email address to share a document with me. We tried typing in the correct email adress but it won't accept it and let them share with me. How can I fix this?

If you are on Onshape Education Enterprise, then only predefined users can be accepted in a share. Sounds like the students have accounts outside of your Enterprise (i.e. they signed into cad.onshape.com rather than <your school>.onshape.com - could that be the issue?
