Creating custom supports for 3d printing

Pretty straight forward with what I'm trying to do. I've already created one custom support, but I'm having an issued creating one on the brow of the helmet because the helmet itself and nose piece are intersecting with where the support should be.

I tried projecting the brow to a sketch on the base plane, but am having problems extruding back up to the brow. I was thinking I'd draft both the inside face and outside face inwards to avoid the model, but am having issues.

I could probably do break away supports on the inside of the helmet, but don't really know how I'd do that, and I want to avoid any supports touching the exterior of the helmet. When the supports generate in orcaslicer they kind of encapsulate the nose piece so it holds it place and can print floating. I don't think the style of support piece I made for the bottom of the helmet will work for the nose or for the brow because the brow is much thicker.
