It's only me who has this type of problem with Onshape hanging?

Sometimes Onshape just refuses to work. No matter what I'm trying to do, at some point in using some feature it just starts "loading" and hangs in that state for looooooooooooooooong time. How much time? I don't know, because, to reduce the risk of me putting my fist through my monitor I just go away to do something else. But I'm sure that we talking hours here.
If I decide to refresh the page in this state, I get a ghost user with my name that is "doing something" with the same document. The more times I refresh - the more ghosts I get.
I have "poor connection" icon since I started using Onshape, it mostly was just that - an icon, it was not indicative of the performance that I was getting. Most of the time everything worked alright. I mostly attributed this icon to me being located in the region that is not optimal in terms of the proximity to onshape servers.
