3D Print Strings Badminton racket keychain

I'm trying to 3d print a mini Badminton keychain. How am I supposed to create these strings in the racket in onshape?

    There are slicers that make use of the Z-axis of your printer, wiggeling it up and down. Instead of modeling it and then having the standard slicer ruin it, you could use one of these: They can create kind of a weave effect on their side.

    Hello Ethan. Considering the end size of the racket, do you expect the strings to have a weave to them or to simply be a cross pattern of strings? - Scotty

    Keychain sized? I think the strings would fall apart in your pocket they would be so thin. How about making the net portion simply solid and having a ball stuck on it somewhere near the middle?

    If you do decide to model it with individual strings, model one string in the middle and then pattern it in both directions. Then model a second string rotated 90 deg and pattern that. Make them longer than the racket frame. Use delete face to make them flush with the frame.

    There is no need to make them weave over and under each other as on a real racket, as at keychain scale you'd never see that detail

    Its fine I figured it out making a back side of the racket to put extruded rectangles in a linear pattern. Thanks guys
