triaid manipulator not appearing for Exercise: starting an Assembly

Im doing what the Exercise is telling me yet anything i try it wont appear, i dont really know why.

    Pace the part first, close the dialog, then select the part on screen…

    Hello, I’ve run into this kind of issue before. If you’re following the exercise exactly but nothing appears, it may be worth checking whether the object is on the correct layer, hidden, or placed outside the visible area. Also try restarting or refreshing the project in case the change isn’t being Milestone Card displayed properly.
