Is there a move, scale and rotate command in the sketch environment of Onshape?

No scale within a sketch yet, but move and rotate was added recently -- see #3: https://forum.onshape.com/discussion/2675/improvements-to-onshape-february-11th-2016/p1 @Narayan_K
