I can not Cut and Paste Sketches

What am I doing wrong here? Ive tried over and over to get Sketches Cut and Paste working. It always pasted something odd from the paste buffer rather than the sketch Ive just selected. Here is an example:

    This is a bug that sometimes is related to your sketch copy cache... I can fix this for you.  You will see a ticket soon.  ~Lou

    I have the same problem, can you fix for me as well?   A sketch I copied several days ago is all that ever gets pasted regardless of new cuts and copies.
