Loft troubleshooting

Hi,
I'm trying to add a rib in a spot with nothing is square to each other, the only way I can think of is running a loft. When I try however I can't get it to solve. The 2 profiles are just 4 sided faces. What am I doing wrong? seems simple enough.. if anyone has a better idea of how to do this I'm all ears.
I've even tried running it with just sketches on the faces and nothing works..
