Cannot upload files

Whenever I try to to upload a file (of any format) I get the error 'An internal error has occurred; support code xxx'.
This happens straight after the file has finished uploading.

Has anybody please have a clue?

    It happend to me with a specific file so I switch to a different file format and it worked.

    Stephen, please open a support ticket and we will take a look. Sorry for missing your question when it was first posted. Are you still seeing the problem?

    Issues like these are often handled faster by opening a support ticket.
