Drawing tabs apparently empty

This is my first intervention and I must to apologize for my poor English.
In this day an new issue has emerged in my drawing tabs. In all my documents, public or private, drawings tabs appears empty but it is false because when I print the drawings appear.
Can someone tell me how can I solve this problem?

Hello viru, thanks for your friendly explanations but it not solve my issue.The truth is that, after some tests, I have accidentally discovered the cause of the problem: The Google Chrome zoom does not interact properly with Onshape. At least on my computer. I made a video showing the problem. Also how to solve it by changing the percentage of zoon in Chrome.Now I would like to know that I do with that video because I think it can serve those who are facing the same issue. Maybe upload it to youtube and post the link here? I am looking forward to your response.Thanks in advance and best regards.5

Ferrolán, Generally it is not happening. Can you please open a support ticket and give some more details to Onshape support team they definitely help you.If you would like help with a document or you have encountered a bug, you opt to Share the document with Onshape support by clicking the Share with Onshape support toggle button at the bottom left of the dialog. When shared, the toggle button turns blue.To open a support ticket within Onshape, click on the '?' symbol on the top right of the screen and then click on "Feedback" in the menu.

When a document is shared with Onshape support, the Share toggle button turns blue; at any time you can unshare the document with Onshape support by clicking the toggle link again.

There will be a dialog to add a message and an option to share the document with the Onshape team.

Ferrolán , Can you update your google chrome up to latest version.

May be you are getting that message because you are using older version of chrome. If you are facing same problem then kindly contact with Onshape support team they will definitely help you.
