Centering parts on assemblies

How do I center a part on another part in an assembly?  There doesn't seem to be a center constraint and I can't figure out how to turn on planes.

Probably you'll want to define a mate connector at corresponding points on the two parts, and then mate those. If that's not clear enough, could you share a picture/public document link of what you're trying to do?

You can also add Matt connectors to the assembly origin as well. Then mate you parts to that.
