Updated: Socket Screw Generator v2.3 Now allows head inset

Per request by @brucebartlett , Socket Screw Generator v 2.3 now allows insetting your screw by a bit if you like your screws just below flush:
The new option is called "Extra head Inset", and defaults to 0 for reverse compatibility.
