Why doesn't Onshape indentify a large radius in Drawing Mode?

For instance, the drawing has a large radius (Rcyl 140) which Onshape is unable to identify as such. So I tried the next best thing which is a leader note. Now it will only allow me to select the corners of Rcyl 140.
