How do I fill in the intersection between two different sized, extruded circles?

@tiffany_parise, If all parts acts as merging bodies then you can perform Boolean intersect operation for getting desired result. Kindly refer below steps for your requirement.

1. Click .
2. Select Intersect.
3. Click to set the focus in the Tools field, then click each of the two parts.
   Please refer below video for intersection between two different sized , extruded circles.

Note:- Boolean operation give desired result only for merging bodies.

Hi Tiffany can you be a bit more specific perhaps with an image - hand drawn or otherwise? Do you mean a loft between two pipes or like a Venn diagram?
