Import SLDPRT fails with '1 unnamed'

Hello all,
I'm trying to import a SLDPRT file provided by OpenBuilds (Linear Actuator End Mount.SLDPRT from this parts library).
OnShape only imports an empty file. When I check the import message, OnShape reports "Linear Actuator End Mount.SLDPRT was translated successfully. The following 1 parts failed validation and could not be imported: 1 unnamed."
Does anyone know of a workaround that is possible when you don't have a copy of SolidWorks?
