Drilling holes in front plate after shifting parts in assembly onto their places

Hello all,
I'm designing en electrical appliance. I want to be able to arrange my parts that I fix to the front plate and when I am happy with the placement of the parts I want to drill holes in the front plate that are at the postion of my parts that I attached to it. It would even be better if those holes would move along when I decide to rearrange a part on the surface of the front plate.
How can I achieve this?

You only need assembly for motion (or larger project).
