How do you Mirror a feature that was created with Extrude Remove?

I am trying to Mirror two Extrusions that were created with Extrude, Remove (they are a nut slot and a hole).
I cannot select the two extrusions in the "Entities to mirror" box". The only thing I can select is the whole part (Part1 in this case).
Thank you.
