Trouble starting

I am using a Macbook and nothing loads, not even a tutorial. I sit there for while it is "loading workspace". Is there something I'm missing?

We are seeing some issues with Chrome 53 and lower end Intel integrated graphics cards. You can try using Firefox or setting the flag in Chrome to override the software rendering list:
Google Chrome1. Type chrome://flags into the address bar2. Enable the flag called Override software rendering list
