Sub-assembly behavior in group

Hi,
This is my workflow...
I've created a wire structure driven by variables which I derived in my parts to obtain length. Also created a few sub-assemblies and all of those are inserted into a larger assembly. Because I can't fix sub-assemblies I grouped everything to fix in place, not using any mates. When I edit the variables every part/sub-assembly updates individually but in the bigger assembly behavior is different. As per help instructions I suppressed the group to enable update and unsuppressed again. All sub-assemblies update properly except one which shifts sideways for an unknown reason and if I reinsert this sub-assembly its location is perfect.
Why is it not adapting correctly?

The group issue with sub assembly parts is a known bug we are working on fixing and I believe you have already been attached to this issue.Lou Gallo / PD/UX - Support - Community / Onshape, Inc.5
