How do I find the center of a face ?

i.e. I would like to create a circle within a circle or a new object that is in the exact middle in between two existing objects.
These are maybe different tasks but the same need,
Thanks !

I'm not quite sure if I understood correctly but if they all are in same skecth:
    - Circle within a circle = Concentric constraint
    - Middle of two existing objects; create Construction line between objects and use Midpoint constraint (or use dimensioning tool if model is static)

If they are parts with their own sketches, create mate connector between entities

    Hope this helps.
