Hi, I'm over the limit on my private documents. How do I convert them to public? Right now I can't even see those documents in the document manager they seem to have disappeared, have they been deleted by onshape?
Thanks,
Jacques

If you right-click on a document from the documents list page, you can "Make public".
We never, ever delete documents.
If you are still having problems seeing your documents, make sure you are using the correct filter from the left-hand pane. If that doesn't help, please open a support ticket and we will figure out what's happening.
Thanks

Unless you trash a document and empty the trash, it will still count against your private document count.
